In this extension and conversion, we altered the porch and front face and took the whole side of the house up another storey to make two new bedrooms with all-new front-facing windows. A lot of new brickwork and a lot of new roof made this a big project. The old ceiling joists were carefully linked in with the new first floor joists.The wrap-over scaffolding kept out the worst of the weather of Autumn 2021.
